Return
policy
If for
any reason your Coolfemme product does not live up to your expectations
please contact us., even after you have worn it. Yes, it IS very unusual for intimate products to be returnable/refundable. However you are buying a functional fabric, it has a job to do, it must wick
away your sweat. After you have worn it, if you don't feel a difference or are in any way not satisfied
with your Coolfemme purchase contact us. We will try to resolve the
problem to your satisfaction. If that is not possible we will ask you return it with a copy of your receipt and stating your reason for the return. You will receive a refund of the purchase price, excluding
shipping costs. The returned item(s) will be tested and then discarded.
Didn’t
find your size?
Coolfemme nightgowns and pyjamas already include a wide range
of sizes but if your size is not among them please contact
us. In this way we are making Coolfemme comfort available
to the greatest number of women affected by menopause night sweats
and other medical conditions that cause excess sweat and discomfort
while sleeping.
